Remember I said there was no quilt upon which I could not nap? Well, Mom put the Spools quilt in a box to see if it fit. It did, but barely.  I think she was kind of  bummed, because there was other stuff she wanted to put in the box.  So she decided to think about it.

When she came back, guess what she found?

Yup, I decided to try it out.

Yes Mom, I'm ON the quilt IN the box.

Sheesh.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

QA testing

Every time Mom finishes a quilt it is my job to perform the Quality Assurance test. I check all quilts for warmth and comfort, kindness and love. Then, like all QA testers everywhere, I leave my mark.

I leave my furs.

It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it.

Wacky Wednesday

This is silly Mr Karate. I think the warm Catifornia winter has scrambled his brain.

We are having lots and lots and lots of RAIN today. Mom is happy it isn't snow.  Me? I'm not worried. I've got several nice warm places to nap.

It's still cold out, and there is a little bit of snow left on the ground. It won't stay around for long. All you When-When wishers are going to have to wait a few months.

In other news and events, Mom and I were watching my pals, the guys named Pat, on TV last night and it wasn't looking good. A series of unfortunate events had the guys down by 24 points early in the second half.  It was late, so Mom and I went to bed, not looking forward to watching the guys lose.

Turns out I should have better faith in Tom Brady and Mr Belly-check. In the second half they made a big comeback and ended up winning the game.

I shall leave you to imagine my thoughts about the other guys. Let's just say I am VERY happy my pals, the guys named Pat, didn't give up.

Surprising Sunday!

Sunny Saturday

Last week Mom cleaned the whole house, took apart my cat hammock and washed it. Now it needs to be covered with my furs. Since it's sunny out, I'll nap here and keep an eye on what's going on outside.

Mom has been Christymas shopping. Sheesh, it isn't even Thanksgiving yet!

You all know my Mom's a Geek. There are not a whole heck of a lot of Lady Geeks or Lady Engineers. At all the "Bring Your Kids to Work" days, Mom tries to show the girls how cool computers are.  Well, now there is a terrifically awesome video about this.

Truthful Thursday

All quilts in this house are good places on which to nap, or a good spot for a bath, even if they aren't finished!

Almost Wordless

Mom's been sewing the binding on a big quilt, so she hasn't had the flashy box out, which works for me. I'm happy napping wherever I find a nice spot.

Millie Monday

I like this chair. I like sitting on the arm, as I am now. I like sitting in it. I even like sitting in it next to Mom.

Why am I not looking at Mom? Because she's shining that flashing light in my eyes. Sheesh!

Sleepy

Hey look, I don't care if the laundry has been sitting for an hour or a week. If I want to nap on it, I do.

I like napping in the laundry basket, especially when it's full of nice warm stuff.

Truthful Thursday

This is much better than yesterday's photo, in which I was rolling around on my back. Yes, my belleh was visible as well as my chin and neck.

I had a serious discussion with Mom and told her a thing or two. She's finishing up a quilt and starting to think about the big turkey.

Wacky Wednesday

MO-oM!  THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!!!

I was s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g and twisting. Damn that iFone! It's so much faster than the flashy box it can catch me in mid-stretch.

Now I must plot my revenge... Something must die a toothy death.
