Wacky Wednesday

This is silly Mr Karate. I think the warm Catifornia winter has scrambled his brain.

We are having lots and lots and lots of RAIN today. Mom is happy it isn't snow.  Me? I'm not worried. I've got several nice warm places to nap.

Thursday Thought

Yup, that's Mr Karate looking silly. He is holding Yoda, a young kit who has found his forever home.  I can tell Yoda thinks Mr Karate is more than just a little bit silly.

And from this photo I have to agree with the little guy.

Mr Karate Travels

Mr Karate is traveling, and this weekend he will be going to Mexico.  Here's a picture of him.  Can you see the flower behind his ear? Mr Karate is one in a million. He's one of my favorite beans.

Mischievous Monday

If you don't want a silly picture of yourself posted on the internet for all the world to see, don't ask your Mom to take your picture. Because, you know, she will.

I'm just sayin'.

Silly Saturday

Mr Karate came over yesterday, and he and Mom and Auntie Karate and Mr Big and PlusOne all went to see the movie Wall-e. Then Mr Karate came over for chick-hen and corn on the cob. He helped Mom take pictures of the quilt for Violette, and this one, that Mom started way back in January:
Here's the back: (You may remember this because the first time Mom sewed it up she got it wrong, and had to take it apart and re-do it.)

This is a Queen Size Quilt, which means it is very big, and very heavy. Mr Karate got tired waiting for Mom to adjust the camera, so she took a picture of him with a grumpy look on his face:

He's really not -that- tall, of course. He's standing on the top step of the step stool. You can see the step-stool feet in the first picture. (And if you biggify the top picture, you can see his fingers. If you biggify the bottom one you can see his funny grumpy expression!)

In other news, Mom has got all the laundry done (she will fold it today while watching Venus and Serena), and all the dishes done. And she went food hunting. Still no sign of the rug-sucking monster, but I have a feeling that's coming soon.

As for me, well, I am practicing for The Contest.
