Finally Friday

Mom says the big upgrade job is over. It's done.  Mom says there are a few loose end to tie up, but the dust has settled and life will be getting back to normal for Mom.

Mom did say the bug was a bear, and getting The Fix was more complicated than expected. The bear bug got loose and broke all Hell before they finally got it under control.  Mom got home right on time last night, but didn't do much. She lay on the couch (scritches for me!) and got a good night's sleep.  She's gonna do a little day hunting today, and then come home early and have a nap.

Good idea!

Tattle Tale Tuesday

Mom watched the tennis yesterday. Like usual, she worked in the sewing room while she watched. She made a nice fleece lined snuggie the new sticky-bean that will be joining Monty's fambly later this year.

Then she lay down on the couch.


and fell asleep!

Thursday Thirty-Three

Thank you all for purring with me. Mom watched last night as the first miner was rescued. She got up yesterday, and we watched Nine and Ten. Mom says she checked the internet all day long, watching the numbers grow. When she got home from day hunting, she watched until the very last miner was rescued.

Thirty-three! What a glorious number, and what a great job by the Chileans and everybody around the world who helped. It's a great story.


Now, if you'll excuse me, my purr-er needs a break. I'm gonna go take a nap!

Napping on Gizzys

Lookit this nice pillow Mom left on the wing chair for me. It makes such a nice pillow for me while I am napping on my Gizzy quilt.

Jasmine really liked this Holiday Gizzy Mom was working on yesterday.

Saturday Nap & 'Nip

Here's Jasmine sleeping in the sun on some clothes Mom left on the bed. I may not be a big fan of Jasmine, but she sure does know how to nap.

I had to examine this 'Nip plant that Mom brought in. It's not too exciting just yet, but it looks promising.
