OK, I didn't, but Mom did this:
There's Basil, Thyme, Sage, Oregano, Marjoram, more Basil, Rosemary, more Basil, a Tomato and a lot more Basil.
and there's this.
Ah yes, Mom loves me.

Garden Day
Lookit the stupid green stuff Mom got from the man in the bloo shorts yesterday. Do you see any 'Nip in there?
Let me save you the trouble of looking; you do not.
Mom has an envelope of Nip seeds that she will plant for my own personal use. I have got her trained a little bit.

Hot and Sticky
It's not as hot as it was all week, but it's sticky today. It might rain. Mom would like that.
Here's what she just picked in our garden. There is fresh basil, parsley, lettuce, some baby roo-gala trimmings and yes, that is a strawberry! Mom has also planted green beans, tomatoes and peppers along with a bunch of other stupid green leafy stuff.
Me? I'm hiding out, keeping cool.

I Live With an Herb Murderer
(Fiona, you should avert your eyes and not look any further)
You all know that Mom grows Herbs in a container garden in the back yard. This picture was taken a week or so ago.
Mom's got several kinds of Basil, some Thyme, Mint, Sage, Oregano, Marjoram, Parsely, Chives, Rosemary, Tarragon and even some peppers and grape tomatoes. All summer long she has been picking Basil leaves and making that yukky Pesto she goes on and an about.
But last night, she went out and murdered some of those Herbs, and then hanged them. Here's proof:
And this:
There's 'Nip hanging in the front hallway, too.
I'm telling you, she's just about lost her mind. You should have heard her squeeing when she opened a package that had a quilt from her Doll Quilt Swap 7 partner.
I'm gonna go nap under the bed.

I Love Ham!
Yeah, I know this isn't HAM! Or Beef or Turkey. I am having so much fun on the Werld Ham Tour with the Meezers and all my friends, that I forgot to blog yesterday. Oops! Here's a little food porn for Fiona. Mom picked these herbs and peppers and grape tomatoes out of her garden this morning. Mom would want me to tell you there are two kinds of mint, Kentucky Colonel Mint and Pineapple Mint; Greek Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, Tarragon and Sage. There's also a little bit of Basil. Mom has been making Pesto throughout the summer.
