The When When contest may start March 1st, but I'm thinking it could very well overlap the one for next year. Your mom is right ... too much snow!!
We were wondering how your Mom can even get out Millie. The When When might not end until summer at this rate. Glad you are warm.

In past years, When When entries have all been based on dates in March and April. I'm thinking you might need to extend it into May - at the very least - this year!
