Mom and I pride ourselves in posting only current pictures. We don't go back to the photo album unless the occasion calls for it. Mom took this photo of me just a few minutes ago as we were preparing this blog post.
It was a rough time last night. Mr Karate called. One of his very best friends had hurt his feelings and he called Mom to talk about it. Mom know the friend very well, and got very upset. Mr Karate was happy to know he had Mom's support. Mom said, "Excuse me? I am ALWAYS in your corner." It's funny. Mr Karate once said of Mom, "Mom, you are only five feet tall, but when you're mad you're a lot bigger." Heh.
Anyway, here is the standard outside shot.
The ten day forecast shows temperatures well above freezing, with a few sunny warm days coming up. The snow will go away. The only question is, when?

Lovely pic of you Millie and what a mean "friend" that sounds. One to kick to the curb!
Unfortunately we can't say the same about the pictures we post: they are usually recent, but not SUPER recent.
Mamas are like Mama Bears when their offspring are "threatened" in some way. We hope Mr Karate is feeling a lot better now. My human sister had a "good" friend question her motives for wanting to marry her husband and it caused a severe problem because she just would not give up. They no longer speak to each other. Sad, but necessary.
You're looking good, millie. Mr. Karate??? The name sounds funny. =)
You have a good Mom, Miss Millie!
A mom is a Mom till the end of time. Friends, not so much. Our Mom is only 5 foot 1 and every one is scared of her when she gets very quite. They know the steam is building up and she might blow!
Mum's back their kids up. That is what they are there for.
Heh. That is a lot better than my human's mother was - my human was ALWAYS wrong unless proven otherwise beyond all doubt! Come to think of it, I have carried on this tradition because I too think she is always in the wrong!
And I'm sure that if Mr Karate had consulted you, Millie, he would have found another staunch supporter. When you're upset, I bet you are as large as a lion.

Mom says "our kids are always our kids and moms turn into tigers when somebody hurts one of our kids".
Does your mom look like a tiger Millie?
Both pics are pawsome!
