I told you Mom is de-cluttering. Check this out...Mom got rid of the old encyclopedias. She got rid of the old broken water cooler, and the little purple chest of drawers. (She put the out with the trash last night, and this morning when she got up they were gone! The trash truck hadn't even come by yet!)
Look at all the empty space!
Mom says I have nothing to worry about. Me and all my stuff are staying put.
That's one of the advantages of being formerly feral.
I am a very happy cat.

I'm so glad you're staying put!
Well, Millie, I think you can now ask your mom to provide a smorgasboard meal for you each day. She can no longer claim that she hasn't got the room for a full buffet spread, can she?

Your Mom really is cleaning out!
My folks have some old encyclopedias too. They hate to just throw them away, hoping that SOMEbody might find them interesting from a historical perspective. My humans are SUCH savers!
I think it would be nice to put some new scratchers where the encyclopedias used to be!
Stuff is getting stacked here too. And you remind TBT that the old (untouched fer years encyclopedias) can be added ta the stack!
Mum says it is worth it to de-clutter.
Google really has changed our lives. The encyclopedias were treated with reverence in my growing-up house. Now, they are good for altered book art and not much else ...
Enjoy the empty space!
My goodness - your Mom really has got the clearing out bug. Good on her!

Someone got some free books..lol.
Hi, I'm a new follower. Clutter is something I know about. I live in a NYC sized apartment with my 3 cats and my husband. I'm an artist who creates cat cards and cat art prints mostly using my 3 guys as subjects. You have inspired me to de-clutter!
A few years ago, the Human started getting rid of stuff by the ton. I was really worried for awhile that she might put ME out on the street too, but that didn't happen. whew.
We have LOTS more open space now. I like it cause I can get up a pretty good head of steam, MOL!
Wow, your mom is going to town, Millie!
