You all remember the vote for Mount Washington Observatory's Top Cat last week. Marty won. This past Wednesday, he moved from the shelter to his new job. To get to the top of Mount Washington in the middle of winter, you have to go up in a snow tractor. So, this picture is of Marty getting handed over to his new beans, ready for his trip up to his new forever home.He did pretty well on the trip up, and when he was let out of his PTU, he was a little freaked out. But after a little while, he started adapting to his new home. You can read about it here.
How lucky can you get? Marty is not only Formerly Feral, but now he's gonna be Famous!
I have received several awards over the last few days, and over the weekend I hope to catch up showing them off, and figuring out to whom I should pass them out.
