I have been asked to show another picture of Mr Karate. Here he is, reading Harry Potter. (He finished the book last night.) Remember I told you Mom is an Artist? Well, see the bookmark just below his hands -- it's a picture of a little boy reading a book? Well it is a picture of a drawing Mom did of Mr Karate when he was about 12, reading.
And here is another picture Mom took of the drawing a long time ago. That is Gizzy. He liked to be in the middle of everything.Yes, Mom painted the dry sink those wild colors.

Yoor house is furry colorful Millie. It's furry funny, mom decorated da beans furst home and bawted all da furniture, we still haf da couch in da basement (30 yrs old) and da other stuff is in our neeces apartment. Dad got to do dis place, well, he told mom what he wanted and she painted and sewed (our living room is peach and blue, ugh) and den he went and gots da furniture...the chairs broke within 2 years and da love seat bottom is broked and da couch is cracked. Dad sez mom can do da redecorating...smart dad.

Mrs Big called Mom and told her to put a particular picture of Mr Karate on the blog and then ALL the Mom beans would have to head for the icebox...
Mom knows which picture and she is thinkin' about it.
Mom doesn't draw much anymore because she has Arthur-itis in her hand.
Millie, I agree with everyone else that your mom is a wonderful artist. My mom would be happy to have just a quarter of that talent. We're both sorry to hear about the arthritis because we know how much it hurts and can get in the way of living.

Ohhh Mr Karate seems very nervous that his mom would show the other picture. It is ok Mr Karate, we know how you feel - us cats are nude all day, every day and constantly getting chased around by beans with cameras.

That little boy drawing is breathtaking.....Mom is a reader from way back in her childhood and that drawing touches her heart. Our boys never became readers and mom is sad over that.
And Mr. Karate..................sigh.
Your mom is quite the talented artist. Our dad is the artist in our family. Mom and dad are both big readers; mom finished HP last week and dad is half way through it now.
