I am so lucky to have friends. I love my friends. I love blogging and being able to share my adventures with my friends. Of course, sometimes you meet a very special friend.
Like Monty Q. He and his MomBean sent my Mom a big box of fabric to help with the Gizzy quilts. It had some terrific fabric in it and Mom was really happy. So I knew he was special right off the bat.
He claims to be about 14-1/2 pounds (cough) so I think that means he's bigger, but that's OK with me, because Gizzy was 15.6 pounds when I came to live here back in August. I thought Gizzy was PERFECT, so if Monty Q is as big as Gizzy was, well, then Monty Q must be pretty cool.
Anyway.
Today when Mom got home from her day hunting, the guy in the blue shorts had left a package, and it was addressed to ME.
I could tell by sniffing the box that it was a SPECIAL package, and inside was NIP! Nip Flowers - the most potent kind of Nip! And Nip seeds, so Mom can plant me more Nip! And BEEF treats! And three cans of stinky goodness!
It was SO GOOD! Mom let me have some Nip, and I had a little bit of a Nip frenzy. Oh! It was SO GOOD! Monty Q, you're the MAN-cat. You are AWESOME! You just made my whole Day! Week, Month, even! Thank you so so much! Monty Q, you can teleport over any time you want and share my cat hammock with me.Mom says it's okay because Jasmine can be the chaperone and she'll make sure there won't be any funny business going on.
(No kidding. Jasmine wouldn't know funny if it...)

Mom says I have to be nice.
Here's Jasmine tonight, doing the final Quality Assurance check on another kitty quilt. This one is going to a beautiful grey tiger cat with soft green eyes. This quilt, and the yellow one from yesterday, and the purple one from the day before are going to cats who live together.
Do you know I still don't have a kitty quilt of my own yet?

Mom stopped worrying bout funny bizness acuz we'z all "fixed". Monty is a furry nice boyfrend cat to send yoo all dat reely nice stuff. We can't beleeve yoo don't haf yoor own kwilt! I gess dat is why yoo gots to lay on all da ones dat is flying away. Yoo shood definitly haf yoor furry own! Say, did yoo know dat Malcolm gots a woofie!
Your MomBean is saving da best for last. Since you're doing quality control on all of da kittyquilts n markin em wif your scent before they fly out da door, she doesn't want you to get attached to any of em and be sad when dey leave. I bet she's got a super special idea for your quilt when she's all done with efurry one else's quilts.

"Love is in the air!" Hey, Millie, you need your very own special quilt, so... tell your Mommy to get bizzy and make you your very own Gizzy...well, you know. I can wait till you have one! (Just make sure those colors are bright!)

What a nice surprise from Monty Q. It sounds like he has a crush on you, Millie! It's a good thing that he's furry good looking in addition to being such a nice gentleman cat.
