Satisfied Saturday

I worked all day on Friday helping Mom feel better.

I napped on Mom in the morning.

I napped on Mom before lunch.

I napped on Mom in the afternoon.

I even napped on Mom after dinner.

I'm pleased to say she is feeling much better, and she isn't sniffing and honking so much.

Tell-All Tuesday

Fur-riends I have been doing my best, but Mom is still sacked out on the couch napping as much as I do.
So she went to the  bean v-e-t and he said she has a vie-russ. The bad vie-russ will go away on it's own and Mom has to wait until that happens.  In the meantime she has to drink a lot of floo-ids (I've already offered her my water fountain) and get enough rest.

I shall continue the purring and scritches therapy, as we all know that works best!

Easy Like Sunday

I am napping on the bed.  Mom is napping on the couch, while she "watches" the tennis at the Olympics. She's not honking so much, but she walks around like shes' a little dizzy.  I'll keep an eye on her.  She needs scritches and purring therapy. I'm a Cat.  I can do that.

Funky Friday

Mom has a cold, and feels crappy. She sounds funny when she talks, and makes the most ickky sound when she puts those tissues up against her nose.  She sounds like she's hacking up a hairball.

I've really had to put my paw down and INSIST she sit in one place long enough to give me scritches. That calms her down and helps her feel better.

Mom loves the Olympics, so I know she'll be sitting in one place a lot over the next few days while she watches them on TV.  I will make sure she rests and gets better.

Mom's sick!

Oh boy, is Mom miserable today. She got up early and made a beeline for the human litterbox room.  I can't remember if I have ever seen Mom so sick. I could tell she was feeling awful. I couldn't watch, but I didn't want to leave her alone.

She's sacked out on the couch today, and I'm keeping an eye on her. She tells me she'll be fine after a day of rest, and that I shouldn't worry..

Right.  She's my Mom.  I'll worry all I want. Get well soon, Mom!

Feed Me

Hi everybody!

I feel pretty good, no hacking, but no poops either. Honestly, every twenty-seven minutes Mom is checking my litter boxes. Geez Louise! Can't a girlcat have some privacy? All this interest in my pooper is more than just a little bit EMBARRASSING!

But seriously, Mom! I'm HUNGRY! FEED ME! Enough of the teeny tiny servings already. What are you gonna do, wake up at Oh-dark-thirty in the morning and give me foods IF I poop?

As long as we're talking about hacking, YOU, Mom, are the one coughing all over sounding like some long suffering cigarette smoker (which we know you're not). And have you noticed your voice is disappearing, and your nose is honking? You're popping pills and slugging water... Really Mom, the place for you is IN BED... so GO! I'll watch over YOU and you can watch over me.
