Mim-may Monday

Hey gang, I need your help.

Mim-may fell last night and has a little fracture in her hip. Now Mim-may is a Geezer bean, so this is a big deal. She will be having surgery later today, and the hoo-man v-e-t-s will put a couple of screws in her bones to hold them together. She'll be in the hoo-man stabby place for about a week, and if all goes well she'll be home in a week. If you could send a purr-ayer her way, I'd be most grateful.

Thank you.

Positive Vibes Needed

Mom's an expert at lots of stuff, and there are very few people on the planet she would do ANYTHING for, but one of those people who is not related is having a "procedure" today and we would like to ask you to keep this wonderful lady in your thoughts and prayers.

This lady is going to a special hospital to have some radioactive pellets inserted in a tumor behind one of her eyes. That this lady is an artist who is very generous with her time, knowledge and creativity makes the "procedure" all the more terrifying.

Please send your thoughts to "W" today for Mom and me. I've got my purr-er on overdrive for "W."

Thank you,
your friend,
Millie

Purr-ayers Please!

Millie's Mom, Lynne here. This is my mother. She's been tired a lot lately and went to her doctor yesterday for some tests. Turns out she has a pulmonary embolism and was admitted to the hospital last night, where she will likely stay a few days. It's good she's in the best place possible. It sucks she'll be in the hospital. We had planned to have our birthday cakes together on Saturday, which will be her 77th birthday.

Can you please send her some purrs, purr-ayers and positive vibes so she gets well soon?

Thanks. And thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes yesterday.

Tuxie Tattle-Tail Tuesday

Hey, um, I gots a secret. Mom doesn't like to think about it, let alone talk about it, but her day hunting gig hasn't been hunting so good and there's a chance it might stop altogether.

I guess being a small, privately held manufacturing company in New Hampster in this economy is more than just a little tough. She says the bankers hold all the cards. So can you please send some purrs up to New Hampster so her company can keep going and going and going...

thanks!
