Snowy Saturday

This is what it looks like outside this morning. As you can see we have a lot of snow. Guess what? We are supposed to get MORE snow later today.

Lookit the beautiful pink roses and lilies Mr Karate and Rubylocks sent Mom for Valentine's Day. Mom was sqee-ing something wicked when they were brought to her at her day-hunting gig. 

I have sniffed them thoroughly, but they are not as good as 'Nip.

I shall spend the day napping on my new favorite napping spot. A great big soft puffy fleece pillow.

It's hard to believe temperatures were about 125F in Oz yesterday, where they are playing the Australian Open. It was barely 25F here!

Wrong Way Saturday

Mom! The snow is supposed to be melting! Why is new snow falling?

This happens in March, Millie. Winter isn't over yet.

How much of this stuff are we supposed to get?

Just a little, between 1 and 3 inches.

But MOM! That may not be much to you, but it's a LOT if you're a cat!

It will melt quickly Millie. The sun might even come out later today. The temperatures should rise and the snow will melt.
