a TERRIBLE day

So you all know that Mom was getting a new bed delivered yesterday. She was furry excited. I  thought it was going to be a good day, but all of a sudden it got very, Very, VERY bad.

I was sitting next to Mom and getting scritches when all of a sudden she picked me up and put me in the cage for no good reason.

then she left me there. I was stuck in the cage all day while Mom waited for the sleepy guys.

 Four very long hours later the guys came and took the old bed away.

Mom dragged the rug sucking monster around.

The guys put the new bed in the hallway. One of them put the new bed frame together.

And then presto, the new bed was in place. The sleepy guys left and Mom -finally- let me out of the cage.

Mom put the sheets and blankets and quilts on the bed. Hmm. Maybe she needs to get a bigger quilt because this one doesn't cover the new mattress.

Mom is furry excited to sleep on the new bed. Me, not so much. The new bed has a Tempur, and I am not going to sleep on an angry bed.

The Last Time

Tonight is the last time Mom and I will sleep on this bed.

 Tomorrow the sleepy guys will be bringing a new one, and Mom is furry excited.

Mom has cleared out the hallway.

and moved stuff around so the guys will have room to man-oo-ver the new bed into the bedroom.

and she's... WAIT A MINUTE...

WHAT'S THAT DOING IN THERE??  What does the cage have anything to do with getting a new bed?
