Farewell, Derby

I'm really bummed. Derby, one of my oldest furriends, has gone to the Bridge. I'm gonna miss him.

May Day Mayday!

I'm enjoying myself this morning, hanging out on the bed, watching the birds outside, and Mom rush around inside. This afternoon I'm going to visit Derby and celebrate Derby Day. We'll watch the horsies run around and celebrate Derby's birthday and gotcha day. Everybody is welcome.

Later tonight the Ninja Brigade will be here to move stuff around and celebrate Mr Karate's birthday. I'll be camping out under the bed.

Secret Paw Tuesday!

I got my Secret Paws package, and it was from Derby! I got 'Nip, stinky goodness, treats and toy mice! I got a Nip Ravioli!

Derby & his Mum even included a mug and some cat-themed fabrics for Mom. Pawesome!

Mom's so worried about the green papers she needs to buy food for the heating monster this winter, she has decided to make some Gizzy quilts to sell at a slightly reduced price. She is calling them "stock" Gizzy's. They are just like the regular Gizzy Quilts - top quality 100% cotton, top and bottom with fleece in the middle. The difference is that they are sold as-is. There will be no option to "customize" these Gizzy quilts.
