BTW, TBT tried yer Mom's suggestion of pork simmerred in tomato sauce. So He used some smoked Boston Butt slab he had (diced), added some chicken broth, and a spoonful of crushed garlic, fer an hour and some raw broken spas ghetti fer 20 minutes and he REALLY liked it!. So he wanted us ta pass that on to yer Mom...
