I do go on the front porch in the morning, I just don't STAY there. Mom thinks that will change as we get closer to Summer and the weather warms up.
Mom got more plants yesterday. Her shade garden is coming along, and she is happy with it. This weekend marks the beginning of the garden season here in New Hampster. We shouldn't have any more frosts until September.

BTW, Our Snow-On-The-Mountain COMES from New Hampster. They came to TBT from his parents place in Eastman at Grantham. That they have survived here 20 years in Merryland amazes him! It goes brown and dies back in late hot Summer, but it comes back each spring and Fall.
He loves it now for memories of his parents.
Millie - I think you should continue as you have for the first nine years of your life with you mom: you just do whatever you want, whenever you want and let everyone else wonder what you're up to. It's clear to me that you go on to the porch in the mornings to check that it's still there and to see if anything dramatic happened outside overnight. Once you've inspected everything and satisfied yourself that it's all in order, then of course, you'll need to rest up for a while - which takes you back to the condo for a nap. Then, once we all get used to this routine, I imagine that you'll change it, wont you? LOL
