Mom is wicked excited about this box. It's on its way to a town called Kununurra in Western Australia. Mom and Helen are swapping quilts. In this box is the quilt Mom made for Helen. I can't show you what's in it until Helen gets it. I -can- tell you that Mom worked on it every free moment for two whole weeks since we got back from Mary-land. She's real happy with it.
The quilt Helen is making for Mom is flying to New Hampster today too. The plan is they will arrive about the same time.
I have a funny feeling that in about 6 to 10 days we're gonna hear a whole lot of squee-ing.

I hope you did a quality audit on your Mom's quilt, Millie, and added a few black and white hairs to it. I doubt that there are many tuxie pusscats in Kununurra, so Helen will need all of the furs that you can spare.

We can't wait yo see both quilts
OOh we love quilts! Our mum makes us quilts to sleep on - but not alloed them when we are on call incase we get too excited & spray. But once our kittens leave us we get a nice rest on our own special quilts.
We're looking forward to seeing photos of the quilts! We hope you added your own personal touches to the one your mom sent Helen, Millie. Cat hair, maybe even a whisker or two.... :-)
How fun! We can't wait for the arrivals!

How exciting! Looking forward to seeing pictures of both quilts.
Millie I hope you left a few of your silky hairs on the quilt. A quilt isn't so special unless a cat has snuggled on it.
I wonder if your mom could make a quilt out of Millie-furz?
We hope we're gonna see photos ~ and lots of them.
Ooh, it will be ecitin ta see pictures of the quilts!
Aren't bloggie friends just the best! How fun waiting for packages, too!
