Millie--Wiley hated the rug-sucking monster when she came to live with us. She would growl at it, run away and hide and not come out for 15-30 minutes after we put it away. Now, however, she just gives it a derisive look and just stays out of its way. Of course, it has taken 3.5 years to get to this point, but it has happened.
You'll get used to it....maybe.
That yellow quilt will look very nice with a black cat on it! I like the lemons.
ps: I don't like having my clawrs trimmed either.

Zippy sez she'll do it, just as soon as her all day nap is done. Dat kwilt is gonna look grate wif a black cat on it. I like to meow furry loud when I want attention too! And it takes two beans to trim my claws, effen if dey try to get me while I'm napping!
