Mr Karate & Rubylocks have asked Mom to cook something when the Big Fam gets together for The Big Day. (Which by the way, will take place
here.) The Big Fam will be together for several days, and Mom will make this for dessert one evening.
It is chocolate between two pieces of toasted angel food cake. It is a crowd-pleaser and very easy to make.

It does indeed smell quite wonderful, but I cannot have chocolate. I asked Mom if we could change things up a bit and replace the chocolate with, say BEEF, or 'Nip...
Mom said NO WAY. Thus I am giving her the butt of shame.
