Friday Folly!

Here are those Maple trees in a picture Mom took yesterday afternoon. Not much change from a couple of days ago.

Last night, Mom was watching Project Runway while she was making a R-E-A-L-L-Y long skinny bag, long enough for knitting needles.
It's the one on the top in this picture. It is next to a little one so you can see the size difference. I was trying to help Mom take the pictures, but she keep shoo-ing me out of the way.

But here's the funny thing. Mom writes "The Patchery Menagerie" on the inside of every bag. So last night she was watching Project Runway while she was making the long bag, and guess what she wrote?

Hint: it wasn't what she meant to write.

Friday Folly ??

See these birds in the tree outside? I want one. Heck, I want ALL of them. I watched them. I followed them. I chattered, and twittered, but I couldn't get them. (The window was closed.)

Mom says they are crows, and almost as big as I am.

I don't care. I still want one. I have a titanium rod in my right rear leg. That means I'm a bionic kitty, right? That means I am a super-cat. That means I can get one of those crows right?

I know I can.
