This is looking outside this morning.
This is what it looked like when Mom got home from day hunting last night.
Mom said it got up to 57F yesterday, and it was mostly sunny, so there has been a lot of melting going on. The temperatures will get back to "normal" in the next couple of days, though. That doesn't mean we might not have another snowstorm. We certainly could, but Mom refuses to shovel anything that falls after March 15th.
The website fivethirtyeight.com has an article called "Has the snow finally stopped". It's pretty interesting. We are one hour's drive north of Boston, and the dates for Boston are pretty close to here. We're not like Denver, or the high country of Colorado, where Mr Cabinetmaker lives, where they have snow through May.
Thank goodness.

Wow, you still have so much snow! At least it appears to be off the roadways. That makes life a whole lot easier for your Mom.
Hope you have a happy and snow-free Thursday.
XOXO
Well, I had the opposite reaction to Angel Prancer Pie. I thought that your snow was disappearing at a very rapid rate indeed. Another 7 weeks until my When When Guess date of May 1. Oops!

Loved the photo - not ONE Millie, but TWO.....clever of your Mom to get your reflection in the photo.
I must join Megan in saying that my date for the last of the snow is really, really "out"! ( I think you would excuse us, though - we just haven't had the experience of your weather. )

Those snow mounds are sky high! I'm sure you will have them through March.
It looks nice to see your road and driveway.
Many of our streets still have ice on them from the snow-rain-flash freeze winter we had. We are expecting a big storm on Sunday :(

Improving. Don't mean to rub it in, but our snow is almost all gone.
