That is an extraordinary chair. Doesn't your mom have exquisite taste - in chairs as well as pussycats? Clearly you haven't furred it up properly as this is the very first pic we have of you 'on the case'. A lot of work still to be done there Millie - and I guess you're still working on the ottoman and the sofa, not to speak of your new condo. Phew. You're going to need to pace yourself, otherwise you'll go bald.
Maybe your mom will just think you are pre-warming the cushion in case she wants to sit there later. Somehow I don't think your mom is worried about you taking a nap in her chair Millie. Besides your black & white furs coordinate so nicely with those pretty pastels, you actually make the chair look even better than if it were empty. They say "A cat can look at a king", so I imagine cats can claim any piece of furniture they desire. It looks like a beautiful fall day in New Hampster. Happy snoozing Millie.
