Well I'm sure the owners of the property took your mom's height into account when they decided on the design for their fence. And, of course, there was your windowsill to consider too. It looks like an excellent fence for hanging quilts on for photography.
TBT here: I admire that fence. I know that when Robert Frost said "Good Fences make good neighbors", was saying the opposite, but that's a good fence for a good purpose!
