Look, I can tell you all about the non-adventures in my life, but I'd be ignoring something a lot more important. A year ago a couple of angry young men tried to destroy a very special day in Boston, a city an hour's drive from my humble home. They killed three people, and changed forever the lives of many others. The city came together and became Boston Strong.
This photo from The Boston Globe, taken a week ago, shows some of the folks who were running, watching, or injured along with many first responders, doctors, policemen, and passersby who helped. You can go here for an interactive page of who's who.
The Boston Marathon will be run next Monday, and steps have been taken to make it a safe day. I may live in New Hampster, but Boston is in my back yard. I am Boston Strong.

Lovely photo of you Miss M. We don't understand people who set out to injure or kill others. We are glad that more time is spent talking about all the people who stepped up and were brave last year. Good on them.
Great post today Millie. And a(nother) great pic of you too.

Thank you Millie. I live in the Catifornia desert and I too am Boston Strong!
By the way you are very beautiful when you have your "serious look".

it is sad that individuals can cause so much damage, but we join with those in Boston and know that they are not broken
Our mom bean's brother's sister-in-law was running in the Boston Marathon last year and had crossed the finish line just 10 minutes before the bomb.
Her Deniece and Denephew were there too to cheer their aunty on. So we is furry sad for those who lost friends or family and those who were injured, but are grateful our family was safe.
You are certainly Boston Strong Millie, and beautiful too!

We remember that day too. Sad to pick on people trying to watch and those running.
We gave you an award. Stop over to pick it up.
We are praying for a good safe race!
We say "Boston Strong" to all of you...
