Concatulations to Mr Obama, who has been re-elected President of the United States of America.
Mom and I are happiest, however, that this means the end of all the political commercials and the endless telephone calls asking which way Mom would vote.

Yay! Congratulations on mo more political adverts and telephone calls!
The last couple of days, my human was just picking up the phone and hanging up immediately if she did not recognize the phone number. We don't live in a swing state, so we weren't getting the president calls, but we WERE getting dozens of calls about the measures here.
We may not like the outcome, but we are so glad it is over!
We feel the same way about the TV abd the telephone! But we are glad that our Bein won too...
We are happy too, no more ringing phone all the time. Mum would not answer if she didn't know the purrson calling. They would just hang up and go away.
Your elections are amazing. Our political teams have to declare who is donating any money over $100, and there is a cap on what they can spend on their campaigning.
We think that Mr Obama was a fine choice too, and we hope he is given lots of opportunities to make good changes for your great country.
And it's not just President Obama getting re-elected... you have a brand new Governor who sounds like she'll be very effective AND you have an all-female Congressional delegation (the first state in history to have that, congrats).
It's exciting times in New Hampster!
