Millie - I'm pretty sure that you're going to lose this one. Therefore, there might be merit in nonchalantly sauntering into the box, taking a deep breath and just getting the whole experience over and done with for another year. Put on a really classy performance - and hit your mom for treats big time once you're safely back home.
What we do now is mum gets the box out and puts it on top of her bed. She makes sure I haven't had much food the meal before, so that I am hanging around. Then she grabs me.
She likes to think that I don't know what is happening. Silly woman.
The trick is to put the towel down somewhere that she will lay on it, or maybe put some treats on it to draw her in, then pet her with one hand while talking to her, and start wrapping the towel around her with the other. Granted it still may not work, but it is worth a try.

Watch out, because those human beans can be pretty sneaky! Our mom always uses the treats to get us up close and personal and then just grabs us. How sick is that?

Millie, if you don't get in the box, your Mom might do what our Mom does - she just stuffs us in the box whether we ant to be stuffed or not!
