Stay-Cation, Day 8, Snoozy Saturday

Mom went to her favorite quilt shop yesterday. She came back smiling from ear to ear. She bought lots of fabric for a new quilt she will be making and a couple of spiffy quilting gadgets. Today Mom has to do the usual household chores, like food hunting and the washing machine shuffle, because tomorrow she'll be visiting another of her quilting buddies.

Me? I've been catching up on my napping.

Mom's bed is one of my favorite napping spots. We've been watching a lot of tennis, and it can be boring exhausting.

Well, there's lots more tennis to come next week, Millie, so grab every opportunity that you can to nap now.

Hey Millie, You have to nap when you can. I stayed up with my humans as long as I could today, now I'm napping at my favorite place. It took them quite a long time for them to find me; I'm still smiling! Gracie from NY

Clearly your human does not know the meaning of STAYcation, because she doesn't seem to be staying much of anywhere. At least you get it, Millie.

Hi Millie...Sorry it's been awhile since I've visited but I've been busy lately beclaws everybuddy asked me to write a blog about the time I ran away from home for 6 days and I've been collecting pictures and stuff. Blogging's a hard job furr cats, isn't it?

Sooo my mom wants me to embellish about my 6 day hiatus and I thought I'd pretend that I visited you, Miss Millie, so I'm gonna borrow a picture of you to post, if I may! And I think I'm gonna talk about how you and I having a "short-distance romance" too sooo get ready furr some fun and some publicity....
By the way, I really, really, really am IN LOVE WITH YOU, Miss Millie, and I hope you are in love with me too!
