Today I would like to honor the life of Senator Edward Kennedy, a tireless champion of the disenfranchised. He was a consummate politician who knew how to get things done in Washington in a bipartisan way.He will be sorely missed.

Yes he will.
It is a sad day indeed, for the nation as well as the Kennedy family. This ends an era, for those of us who lived to see a family give us humanitarians and leaders who truly cared for those less fortunate. We will truly miss Senator Kennedy.
