Slightly Weird Sunday

Since I have started sitting on the table, Mom decided I needed what she called a "table quilt" that would be a nice place for me to curl up. So she made this:

It's pretty nifty. She had it on her sewing table, so I tried it out:

As you can see, there's something wrong with it. Can you tell she didn't ask me to do a QA check on it? Because I would have let her know right off that it was way too small.

I let her know in no uncertain terms I need a bigger one.

The guys named Pat are playing the Dolphins today, and we will be watching. Guess which team Mom and I rooted for last night?

Your table quilt is lovely, Millie, but it does look like it needs to be a little bigger.

I didn't know there were baby Gizzy quilts. Do they grow up like kittens?

Hmmm ... Did your quilt shrink? Yours definitely needs biggifying.

Love the red sox you've got on your mitts.

Is that quilt really for you?? We suppose it fits if you curl up on it instead of stretching out.

Millie, you need a quilt that is like 2 sizes larger!

Hahahaha either that quilt is too small for you, or you turned into a giant cat? What was your momma thinking?

Maybe some nice kitten will need a little itty bitty quilt.

Have a nice week friends.

Millie dear, I'm sure your Mom still thinks of you as a little girl and didn't realize you'd be too big for that quilt! You have grown a lot.
