I told Mom to make a special Gizzy quilt and hold a raffle to help Monty Q's fambly with the squillion green papers they will surely need to pay the medical bills for Babybean.
Mom's gotta go day hunting, so she hasn't worked out all the details yet, but here is what we came up with:
- Mom will make a special Gizzy quilt.
- She will make it Pink and White and Green, because those are the pretty colors in Babybean's dress.
- She will put a linky to a tip jar from Paypal on this blog later. The price for each raffle "ticket" will be $5.00.
- Cats, woofies, beans, anybody can contribute, and you can get as many raffle tickets as you want. Mom will pay shipping inside the US, and half the shipping if the raffle winner lives outside the US.
- All the names will be put into a hat, and the winner will get the special Babybean Commemorative Gizzy Quilt.
- All the funds raised will go to Monty Q's fambly.
- Mom will cover the Paypal charges.
- There will be a deadline, but we don't know what it should be yet.

That's a wonderful idea! You know, over at Yuki & Kimiko's blog they had a contest where each name entered was put on a piece of crumpled paper and they were all dumped out. Then the kitty was turned loose to pick a paper ball. It would be really cute if Millie got to pounce the winning ticket.
