Mom's Mother's Day

Derby wondered if my suggestions for what to do for your Mom on Mother's Day were really not-so-subtle hints to Mr Karate.

I told him the answer was no. Mr Karate did not need any help figuring out what to do for his Mom on Mother's Day.

He had to work, and when he got out at 3:00 PM he called her and asked if she had some different kinds of food. Ricotta cheese (yes), Parmesan cheese (yes), Asiago cheese (yes), Ricotta cheese (yes), fresh Basil (yes), fresh Parsley (yes), Olive oil (duh!), 28 oz can tomatoes (no, she made tomato soup last week), vanilla (yes), sliced almonds (no, all out). Then he said, "OK, I will be there about 6 PM."

At 6PM he arrived, with a few bags of groceries and took over the kitchen. I dunno what it is, but it smells good and Mom is smiling.

Ooooo, Good Mr Karate!
All you mancats take note, this is the kind of things that mombeans & ladycats really like.
It can be dinner, or a good head licking, just show you care!

Mr Karate made four cheese stuffed shells. Mom contributed roasted asparagus and some bruschetta.

Mom taught Mr Karate that cooking was a good skill and a great way to impress girls.

Mmmm, sounds like your Mom had a great meal for Mother's day. With those ingredients bet it sure did smell gooooooood. My Mom got to go to her favorite mexican restaurant for her dinner. But Mr. Karate in the kitchen there, made it very special for you Mom.
