On Saturday morning, my Lady Mom will be leaving for a conference near Dallas Texas. It's some kind of Geek conference called GWAVACon. She will be staying at this hotel. Mr Karate will be staying with us. (I understand Missy, KC & Bear and Gatsbi of Forty Paws live in Dallas!)
I'm helping her get ready.
P.S. ~ I let Mom get a quick look at my tummy & stitches this morning, and she says my belly is nice and pink and my stitches look nice and healthy.

Glad to hear that Millie is coming through her surgery and recovery very well.
MeiLin had to go to the vet just to find out if she was spayed, cause her previous owners dumped her...and I didn't know if she had ever been to the vet. She had her belly shaved (for free even!)and then we found out she isn't spayed. :(
So coming up here in Febuary she goes to get the ladygardenectomy.
I always help Mom or Dad pack as well. Dad left yesterday for a place called Alberkerkee, and I miss him. Thankfully, usually Mom and Dad aren't gone at the time....
I get my gardenectomy??? next week...I'm a little scared... Tara

We are from Dallas, that's my hometown. You will be in Plano, which is just up Preston Road a bit from the Galleria and Valley View Mall, where I used to live. Lots of nice geeky places around that part of town.
We're here in Houston now, about 300 miles south, near the coast.
Hey! My mom has one of those boxes, too ... and it's got some of the same stuff in a plastic bag!
