Tuesday Confessional

Looking outside this morning, Mom and I see a tiny bit of snow left, so Derby, you have not won the When When Contest. We are getting very close. For those of you who guessed dates later in the month, here is what the big pile of snow in the back yard looks like.
And now, a confession...
The house we live in is old, so the floors are crooked. So if you drop something wet, it runs. For example, if you are a kitty, and you are scratching around in your litter box with the new pellets and Breeze pad, and your buziness end accidentally hangs over the edge of the box, said liquid will slowly run all the way to the doorway.

After your Mom dances all around, making funny noises, and cleans it up, she might then put a very large absorbent pad underneath your litter box.

How humiliating!

LOL. Well Millie our Mom bought us a breeze box and we REFUSED to use it. So she had to go back to using the old litter. Mom was not happy.

Cocoa Puff causes a reaction with Mom 'cuz he's rather bodacious in size. He doesn't make puddles on the mat; he leaves some rather ripe poops. Mom's dance includes gagging and faces and a full-out run to the sink. Eeewww ...

We think litterbox stuff should stay where it falls. It not yer fault iffen the house is crooked!

*giggle* we've seen our mom an' dad dance like that, too, although it's usually from a barf pile. don't feel bad--it's not YOUR fault the carpenter who built the floor was a little dizzy!

oh, an' dad sez ed couldn't hit the litter box while poopin' if it was a kiddie-bean swimming pool!

All of my new snow is gone from the yard, thank goodness. So I won't worry about not winning your When When contest. Hope your snow goes all away really soon.

Miss Jade has that problem - but only with her poops. Mom even gave us a gigantic box (really just a plastic storage bin) and she still misses sometimes. So, it's okay if you miss once in a while.
