Not Yet When

Here's the view outside Mom's window this morning. There's still snow on the ground, so Camp Stanhope, you haven't won the When When Contest.

For all you kitties that guessed a date in April, I have convinced Mom to offer a "Consolation Prize." That will be awarded to the cat who guessed the correct date for the snowpile in the back yard to disappear. Here is what it looked like this morning (that back fence is five feet tall).
Here's what that snowpile looked like just two months ago today. As for me, well, I'm just hanging out.

Millie you are looking very relaxed there sweetie. We feel bad for moaning to our family and friends how cold we are here, I bet to you it would feel tropical.

Anyways ladies, have yourselves a lovely weekend. Do something that makes you smile.

Oh, and goodnight from us (it is 1.25 am here, time to snooze).

We had 4" of snow 2 or 3 Sundays ago and that was more than enough for Jan! We doggies would love some more. We kitties couldn't care less, as long as we are indoors. But we would guess you're pretty tired of looking at snow and are rooting for it to melt.

Mum checked, we still had a teeny, tiny lump of ice/snow still in the backyard. It is in the 60's to day, it should go away today.

Wow. You must have had some nice weather recently to get your snow down to almost gone like that, Millie. I'll bet that your momma is furry happy that it's spring so that she can start planting her basil (an' your primo 'nip!). It's supposed to rain here tonight, but I'm not buyin' it 'cuz our meteor-doods an' doodettes are complete an' utter boneheads 'bout what's out there an' what's comin' ... I believe that I could better predict storms an' stuff.
