I've pointed this out before, how Mom works with some colors during the day, and without her knowing it, she uses the same colors later, but in very unexpected ways. (That chicken has had its back removed, and also the keelbone, so it lies flat. It was roasted in a 450 oven for 40 minutes. I added the onions with the chicken, and the sweet potato and asparagus at the 25 minute mark. All vegies were tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper before being added to the pan. I also brushed the chicken with barbeque sauce at the 25 minute mark.)
