Easy Like Sunday Morning

Here's what it looks like outside this morning. It's sunny now, but it has been VERY windy the last couple of days.

Mom's friend Rhette is visiting. Yesterday they went shopping for fabric. Today they might go to the movies. I'm hiding out.

  1. Strange people in the house = lots of time under the bed. It's a rule!

  2. We are so bummed that we missed the deadline for the when when contest this year! Grrr ... can't trust Mom to help us visit on a regular basis. Trust us, her PurrFurMance Review reflected this.

Anyway, we hope that all the snow melts quickly for you! We had a few warm days this week, and poof! All our snow melted (we had about 2 feet on the ground). Now we have a frozen marsh in the back yard.

  4. It's going to have to get cold and stay cold in NH for me to have any shot at your contest. We had two days around 60 and a ton of our snow melted, but yesterday we got very cold and extreme wind. Dad said it helped shake some dead wood out of our trees.

  5. I don't like visitors either, but I usually come around long enough to let them know their presence displeases me.

  9. I don't know why the Humans seem to think they can just invite, like, TOTAL STRANGERS into our homes without our permission! Sometimes my Human lets them stay for DAYS AND DAYS. I log tons of UTB time.

  10. As a parent it is really our responsibility to protect our pets from visitors petting them to the extreme. My strategy to my rabbits is to hide them in their rabbit hutches and wait until the visitors are gone. Sometimes they even wish to bring them home.
