Millie and I have had over fifteen wonderful years together. We have made so many friends, and had many wonderful adventures.

Thank you.

  4. Thank you Millie and Lynne for sharing your lives with us. This is a lovely photo - Millie doesn't look all that happy to be being cuddled, but I'm so glad that you were hugging her.

  6. Oh Lynne, I am so very sorry. Losing our pets is so hard to endure. As others have said, thank you for sharing her/your life with us. I, too, have been along since her rescue. I, too, still have the Gizzy quilts from our three fur-babies who have all crossed that bridge now. Take care, remembering and knowing she had a wonderful life.

  15. Oh no. I am so, so sorry. Millie was a freaking legend...Max and Buddah and all their blogging buddies at the Bridge are probably throwing a welcoming party for her, but I know how much it hurts to be here without them. And it feels like she deserved more years... :'(

  28. Darling Millie and Mom Lynne: We crashed a couple times, so we are trying this in Word which may recover better.

TBT: Millie was one of the first blogs we found. And Millie and LC were like twin sisters. For all I know, they may have been. Regardless, LC loved seeing Millie. She would tap at the screen when she saw Millie’s picture.

And I loved that Millie seemed to care back. Millie sometimes referred to LC in those early days of blogging.

I loved the “Last Snow” guessing game for some years. The Mews always got “so close”.

Sadly, LC followed Skeeter too soon. I hope that now they et to know each other better OTB. I have no doubt that LC knew and was waiting there to greet Millie. Show her around the new place, and all that…

And I want you to know that SO MANY of our visitors came to us from your blog originally. And still do.

I will miss Darling Millie. We will miss Millie. Ayla remembers her as she remembers LC. Such a beautiful womancat…

I cry for another legend of our early days. I cry for your loss and sadness.

15+ years is good, but all the days of a century are not enough. Please do know that Millie is missed by so many…

  40. Oh no. Millie has always been on the Cat Blogosphere, it seems. I didn't always stop by to read her blog, but it was one of those things that made one feel pleasure merely by its existence. She will be missed. Godspeed, Millie.
