Firsts things first. I slept right next to Mom on her bed all night last night.
Next, I spend a lot of time on the new kitty condo. I can see a lot from up there. (Derby & Ducky, the reason there are windows between Mom's bedroom and the studio is the studio is room that was added on to the house after it was built.)
Now on to the paper...
Mom wrapped all her stuff in paper so it wouldn't break while it got moved around. She used lots of paper.
I have been having a lot of fun running around in it, and playing.
There's paper everywhere, and I think it's great.
Mom, not so much.
It was good that you kept your mom company on the bed last night. I'm sure she appreciated it. It can take a little while for beans to get used to sleeping in a new place and having you there would have helped relax her, I'm sure.

It was nice of you to snuggle with mom on your 1st night in the new house. I guess that new mattress does not have a bad tempur like you thought Millie. How fin that you have a shortcut from the studio to mom's bedroom. All that paper looks like a kitty slip & slide. Lots of fun to skitter around in. Enjoy it while you can Millie, I don't think the paper will be a permanent feature of the house.When the paper is gone, you will have tons of room to run around. Hope your mom is careful not to slip & slide on any paper. I can see why you need lots of naps with all the excitement & exploring you have been doing. Glad you are having fun!
