but the brick store didn't have one she could try sitting in. She was talking to Auntie Karate who works in a different store that sells furniture. Auntie Karate convinced Mom to go look at furniture in her store. So Mom went.
Mom shopped.
First Mom found two ottomans, black and cream and red plaid.
Then Mom picked out a rusty-red chair that spins around.
Auntie Karate wasn't satisfied. She dragged Mom through the whole store, telling Mom to sit in each chair and try each sofa.
Mom was surprised this chair was so comfortable.
Mom spent many green papers. So what did she bring home?
After all that, she went to the used furniture store and bought this table she found on Saturday. She says it has "nice lines" but needs a little TLC.
Wow, Millie, you have a lot of inspecting to do!
ReplyDeleteManic is certainly the word, Millie. What's come over your mom? What was wrong with the old furniture? I didn't think you'd completely covered it all with furs. And now, before that job is finished, you're facing this humungous project. Mind you, I think your furs are going to look sensational on that spinning red chair. Good choice mom.
