I don't think you should give up straight away Millie. If you really put your mind to it, you might just have some success in sending the rain to Catifornia. Give it a go!
I appreciate you thinking of us Millie. I'm in the Southern Cataforina desert and my Mom says we're in for a very dry summer. Something about a "drought"...but she assured me that I will still have those cool ice cubes added to my water dish everyday.
We would definitely like to have that rain out here. Our grass is not pretty to look at and the people are not giving it much to drink because of the drought. Plus, if it rained, it would totally tick off that mean bird that lives outside, and that would make me laugh...
The rain in finally done (at least for this week!) in these parts. We've had so much but now we are enjoying summerlike weather and it's great to have the windows open!
Wow that is a lot of rain. We haven't had rain like that in a little while either.
