Fam Friday

Mr Karate was visiting last night. He surprised Mom at her day hunting gig yesterday by showing up on a yellow motorcycle. He told Mom he is going to the desert to see a man burning. I may only be a cat but I don't think I'd want to be anybody burning and I certainly wouldn't enjoy being in a metal masheen for three or four days to get there.

But hey, he's Family, so I'll trust he knows what he's doing.

Have I told you lately how glad I am to be a cat?

    We agree Millie. Regular metal machines are bad, but they sure must be more comfortable than those 2 wheel ones look!

    Maybe he meant that he is going to be burning in the heat while on his yellow motorcycle? Or maybe he was joking? Or maybe you and I just don't understand "motorcycle talk"? Or maybe you and I are just really, really thankful to be cats!

    I hope Mr. K. takes plenty of water and wears plenty of sunscreen at Burning Man!

    Also, that's really Milly's pose, isn't it? Halfway on her left side with her right paw curled.
