The other night she got home from day hunting, fed me my stinky goodness, and then lay down on the couch and read a book on her Kindle.
For five hours.
Holy Bast, she needed a good night's sleep after that. I was only too happy to help.
Today? Today is a sports Sunday for her. Tennis, and then my pals, the Guys Named Pat.
I'll be napping.

My restless human has a hard time laying around and reading her Kindle for half an hour! Or maybe the book your human is reading is better than the one mine is.
ReplyDeleteIt's good weather for snuggling up close at night time, Millie. Perhaps your mom can turn the heating monster down a little if she's got a warm, cuddly pusscat alongside her. She'd save fuel and some green papers that way too. Let's face it, you're not just gorgeous, you're also good for the environment and good for your mom's bank balance.
