Whodunit?

HONESTLY! She did it again! Mom read an ENTIRE BOOK on her Kindle in ONE day!

She claims the book just "appeared" on her Kindle, poof! Just like that! (How gullible does she think I am, anyway?)

She picked it up, made herself comfortable on the couch and started reading.

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TENNIS MATCH!
She finished it a few hours later.

  1. Oooh - this is starting to sound quite troubling, Millie: reading while the US Open is on television. Just as well you're plonked in front of the TV, keeping the audience numbers up.

  6. Your mom is on VAY - CAY - SHUNNNNN . . . that means the usual rules don't have to apply. How wonderful to spend a whole day reading a book ... Don't worry, she won't forget about YOU!

  7. Millie, haven't you figured out yet to climb up in front of the Kindle to block the screen? Think of it as another book, you know how it is with open books and kitties!

  8. Mom loves her Kindle!
She reserved Still Life from the library after you recommended the author and it came in today. She'll pick it up tomorrow and start reading.

  12. Kindles aren't as easy to lay upon as the Hoomin' is reading it...a technicle disadvantage to Us, and one that must be addressed soon as many Hoomins are getting these contraptions!
    We WILL sort it out.

Wishing y'all a lovely Long Last Holiday of Summer Week-end!
