Dirty Monday

Dear Meezers, you are among my oldest and best friends. I am sorry to tell you the snow is still here, and you did not win the When When Contest. The weather here has been colder than normal.
Mom has been playing in dirt. Which is fine with me, as long as she leaves my heated cat cup alone. She has been threatening to put the cover in the washing machine to take off my furs.

  2. Milly - tell you mom she can't wash your heated cup cover - it'll take you ages to get it smelling just right again.

More importantly, is there nip somewhere in all that dirt?

  4. Yes, Maw occasionally cleans our heated bed covers too. But she vacuums them before they go in the washer because of the ton of fur.

  7. It is allus fun when planting time comes. We have a bunch of veggies an flowers started, an more ta come!

TBT just wipes our furs up off the tree inta little fur balls with his hand. An it all goes inta our compost bin. That means we are part of the garden too!

  10. Wait, wait, wait... she wants to wash the furs off your heated cup?! The furs you worked so hard to get right??? What is she thinking?!

  11. I agree with Sparkle - the furs are an important part of what you've done to make that cat cup so warm and comfortable. At the very very least, persuade your Mom to delay implementation for a few weeks until the last of the cold weather. You wouldn't wanna be without the cup should there be a cold snap.
