Mim-may and Pip-pay came over for dinner last night and brought Missy-the-woofie with them. They also had two funny gadgets. Mom and Mim-may fussed over them all evening.
I don't understand what the fuss was all about. Mom reads anything and everything with words on it. I dunno what's so different about this.
I hope Missie behaved herself and that you didn't need to hiss and scratch her Millie. Not nice to have one's home invaded by a woofie. Is she coming again on Turkey Day or don't woofies like turkey?

We don't know what that thing is. We hope is doesn't make vaccuumer noises...
ReplyDeleteI also hope that Missy-the-woofie behaved herself. I don't know what the big deal is about that thing, either, but it looks interesting.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh mum is sooooooo jealous, she would play with it all night too.
ReplyDeleteMine is by the other guys (B&N), is white, and it holds LOTS of werds . . . lots and lots .... and it doesn't take up much space... it won't hurt you, don't worry!
ReplyDeleteI know, humans are strange sometimes ...
did you hide from the woofie?
ReplyDeleteour the mom says that while those things is nice, she would miss the "Feel" of pages and stuff
oh cool. our moms-mom got one, shes had it for a few days and loves it. its much easier on the eyes.
ReplyDeleteHi Millie! We have missed visiting you! We think that whatever that thing is looks pretty interesting - we find things that have words are usually great places to nap - maybe you should try that. Our mom reads, but not as much as she wants to - she has lots of books on the shelves she hasn't gotten to yet - which is ok because that way they are up there for us to knock down!
ReplyDeleteMom has one of those things, only hers is white. That one's prettier. Sometimes she stares at it for hours on end. I like when she does that in the winter cuz then she turns the fireplace on!
ReplyDeleteOur Mom and Dad just got things like that but a different brand. They can't put them down!
ReplyDeleteMum prefers real books.
ReplyDeleteDid you have to hide Millie?
ReplyDeleteMy Human has one of those. It's a cool toy but now she wants an iPad. People and their gadgets! Sigh.
Mom's always reading at least three books at once. She says this is lighter to carry around. She said the color ones are thicker, heavier (more expensive too) and don't store as many books, and the battery life on this is w-a-y longer than any of the others.
ReplyDeleteMy Human likes the "old-fashioned" books. But did you check to see if theese one does anything special like dispensing catnip?
