Temptations Thursday

Every night at snack time I have to MEOW to remind Mom it is time for my treats. I always get a lot of them. She is moderately well trained, although the last few weeks she has been a dismal failure at many things.

I haven't been visiting as many pals as I would like, and I haven't been able to leave as many comments. On the other paw, I have been getting lots of cuddle time. I make sure she sits in the recliner after dinner so I can sit next to her and get petted. I guess it works out.

Yo Monty! Honey! Mom will be gone to her day hunting gig today to hunt the elusive Month End and the extremely rare Year End. She'll be working late! C'mon over and spend the day with me! We'll have the house to ourselves, and it will be nice and quiet. No slobberhounds, no moochie babybeans, no noise. So what are you waiting for? It's New Year's Eve!

  1. Perhaps your mom just likes the sound of your voice Millie?

Hard to imagine that your imagine mom is a dismal failure at anything important, let alone "many things". She might be feeling like a bit of a failure right now - but it's up to you to give her a bit of a head butt and tell her to smarten up her thinking.

Wish her good luck with Year End from us all. Perhaps once it's over she'll have an opportunity to get back on top of things.

  5. Darling Millie,
Sometimes we have to be patient with our Mama's. It isn't always easy. sometimes I think I am going to loose my voice because of meowing for attention so much.

Treats?? What's that?? We dont get any because my good friend Peanut has inflamatory bowel disease. He has been well for several years now, but mama said we don't take chances with funny food.
