This is a nice spot.... oh, three things...1. Mom's got a video tour of her sewing room over here if you want to go see it. Me, I'm just gonna nap...
2. PlusOne will be coming over later. Mim-may has been teaching him how to bake English Muffin Bread. Mom's gonna teach him how to bake brownies!
3. Mom made Basil Pesto with all the Basil she picked from her garden yesterday.
...zzzZZZZZzzzz...

ReplyDeleteYou look very comfy Miss M. My mum likes to teach her niece and nephew to cook too. Each time she spends a weekend at their house, one of them has to cook a big family dinner with dessert.

ReplyDeleteWe went on the tour! She is so organized but then you would have to be with all the supplies you need to quilt!

We are glad PlusOne is learnin ta cook. The Big Thing says he useta hang around in his Mom's kitchen as a teenage kitty (oops, "boybein").
ReplyDeleteWhile his apartment-mates were eatin TV Dinners and PB&J sammidges, he was making beef stew an roastin chickens. An in collij, he got by cooking dinners fer friends if they bought the raw foods enough for them AN him. So he ated a lot fer free.
WE even like somma the stuff he cooks (he avoids the spicy stuff on our parts).
So tell PlusOne its a good thing ta learn ta do!
