Please tell your Mom that my Mom made Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Sausage for Easter dinner. It was delicious! (Of course, we were not allowed to eat any of the onions.) The recipe she uses is one she found on your Mom's blog a long time ago. My Mom is totally incapable of following a recipe exactly but the few little changes she made did not mess up it up at all. She and my Daddy like this soup so much that she makes it fairly often. Please thank your Mom for posting it.
