There is a saying in New England, that if you don't like the weather, just wait a minute. These two pictures, taken within TEN MINUTES of each other, express that saying perfectly.
Mom was getting ready to go out food hunting yesterday, when she looked outside and saw that it was SNOWING!
Ten minutes later, she was putting her coat on when she realized the sun had come out.
This is typical of weather here in March.
It can be like that here where we live in California!! Yesterday the satellite picture showed no rain... so we went for a little ride then went for a walk and got rained on!

ReplyDeleteWe have the same saying in Texas. We have seen a sand storm follow a rain storm! At lease you did not get a lot of snow !

It's a relief that the snow didn't get a chance to pile up though.
